Studio Policy

Terms:

• 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
• With at least 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is applied to a future session.

Start/End Time:

• The session clock begins at the scheduled start time, whether or not you are present.
• Early arrival does not guarantee an early start.
• Late arrival does not extend the session end time.
• You are responsible for the full scheduled session time.
• Unused time cannot be carried over to future sessions.
• Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session.

Session Rules & Guidelines

Guests:

Clients can bring a maximum of (2) TWO guests per artist.
If you wish to bring more guests, please call us and we'll try to accommodate you.
Otherwise, additional guests WILL BE TURNED AWAY at the door.

Conduct:

Please be respectful in the studio. Rude, disorderly and drunk persons will be asked to leave immediately.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited in the studio.

Alcohol & Drugs:

The use of alcohol & drugs is prohibited in the studio.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed inside the studio property.

Data Backup & Storage Policy

Evermore Sound does not guarantee the safe storage of your files.

It is the client's responsibility to have and maintain a backup copy of the data files.

Once your data has been transferred to the media of your choosing, Evermore Sound no longer assumes responsibility for the safe keeping of this data.

Clients are required to bring their own storage device (USB Flash drive, External Hard Drive, etc.) in order to take all of their data with them.

Recording studio files will be stored for 30 days unless it's an ongoing project.

File transfer/backup time is billable at normal studio rates. This includes file preparation such as, rendering of your audio files, if necessary.
